My one bedroom

The view from the kitchen.

My apartment is in a new building, in a newer neighborhood in an old city. If you really want to mess with your sense of time, you should think about the fact that this city has been around since 2033 B.C. (or so). But most of my neighborhood was built starting in the 70s and is currently being renonvated so there is tons of construction around me. All the time.

As I mentioned last Friday, I love my apartment. It’s adorable because of it’s smallness.

But I thought you would like some photos to get a better sense of my home here in Chungju.

So there you have it. What do you think?

That really doesn’t look that bad and quite new.

I’d like to know how they’re going to get the tank lid off to do any repairs though.

That’s a good question, Hang. I hadn’t even thought about it! Hopefully I don’t need repairs any time soon, but if I do I’ll let you know what happens.

I love my apartment! It’s very nice! I’ve only been in two other one bedrooms here, but I think mine’s the best one!

The best on is the one you’re in!
